A household name in the sandblasting and engraving industry – Rayzist Photomask in Vista, CA, has furthered their innovative legacy by supplementing their energy-intensive operations with a rooftop commercial solar system.

Working with San Diego County and Vista authorities and code enforcement throughout the process, Revel’s expert team ensured the project received all necessary certifications and permits for efficient interconnection with San Diego Gas & Electric to achieve permission to operate.
The system is expected to produce $3.5 million dollars in electricity savings over its 30-year lifespan, increasing the building value by $1.2 million dollars. Taking advantage of incentives and programs like the new IRA-enhanced solar investment tax credit, net energy metering, state and federal bonus depreciation, this rooftop commercial solar solution quickly pays for itself.
