American Jerky Commercial Solar
American Jerky produces cowboy jerky style treats at its processing plant in Ontario, CA. The food producer consumes a very high kWh for it’s footprint. Utilizing all available rooftop square footage, the Revel Energy team was able to offset 16% of the company’s energy usage with American Jerkys commercial solar system.
Historically California businesses have experienced at least 3% year over year growth in electricity costs. Many businesses have seen much higher cost growth.
Revel Energy’s project managers worked with Ontario city authorities and code enforcement along the way to collect the necessary certifications, Interconnection with the utility company and Permission to operate.
American Jerky joins a long list of Revel Energy customers saving on electricity while lowering their carbon emissions.
